Welcome to this raw, unedited, testing space where you co-create ESP with me.

To prepare for this ESP practice, get yourself comfy in a quiet place free of interuption by others, phones, or to-do-lists. These practices start slow so to get into the mood, I invite you to take a few quiet breaths, settle into a comfortable lying down position, and then press play. During the practice, if your mind wanders to other places, say thank you to the mind and allow it to return to curisoity in exploring and feeling for sensations in the body.
